Shipping Policy

At House of Cashabella, we are committed to ensuring that your premium products reach you safely and efficiently. We partner exclusively with The Courier Guy and PUDO to offer reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, delivery methods, and tracking procedures.

1. Order Processing Times

Order processing refers to the time it takes for us to prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the courier. This time is separate from the actual shipping time.

• Standard Products: Orders for standard, non-customized items are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared.
• Customized / Bespoke Products: Because these items require personalization, printing, or special manufacturing, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing before the item is handed over to the courier.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer dynamic, real-time shipping rates directly from The Courier Guy API during checkout. The cost is calculated based on the total weight/dimensions of your order and your destination address.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility in Gauteng, estimated transit times are as follows:

• Gauteng (Local): 1 to 2 business days.
• Major City Centers (e.g., Cape Town, Durban, PE): 2 to 3 business days.
• Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 to 5 business days.

While our courier partners are highly reliable, unforeseen delays due to weather, road closures, or high-volume periods (like Black Friday or festive seasons) may occasionally occur.

4. PUDO Locker Collections (Important)

If you select a PUDO Locker as your delivery method, please be aware of the following strict courier rules:

• You will receive an SMS and email from PUDO with a unique PIN code once your parcel arrives at the locker.
• You have exactly 36 hours to collect your parcel from the moment you receive the PIN.
• If you fail to collect the parcel within 36 hours, the locker will expire, and the parcel will be returned to the nearest Courier Guy depot, and eventually returned to us.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is manifested and handed over to the courier, a waybill tracking number is automatically generated.

You can track your delivery in real-time by visiting our Track Order Page and entering your Order Number and Email Address. You will also receive an email notification containing your tracking link once the parcel leaves our premises.

6. Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item immediately before opening or discarding anything. Send these photos to us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check with your reception, security desk, or neighbors first. If it is still missing, contact us within 24 hours so we can open an urgent investigation with The Courier Guy.

7. International Shipping

Currently, House of Cashabella only ships within the borders of South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
